When you want to start attending meetings or continue participating please complete the following:
We are approaching a size on Pearadox where it will be tough to accommodate everyone. We will do our best to get everyone to have the Pearadox experience, but students that do not regularly attend meetings may struggle to stay/feel up to date.
Want to start learning at home? I recommend checking out:
- Students take the Student Registration Survey
- Parents take the Guardian Registration Survey
- Read through the Team Handbook
- Approximately once a week, the registration surveys will be checked and folks will be added to the team Slack.
- Slack is our primary form of communication.
- Parents will be added as limited members to parent channels
- Students will be added as regular members to see all channels except parent or mentor channels
- We've created a slack training video to help you get familiar with it
- Check out our Calendar page and attend meetings
- We strongly encourage students to attend our offseason competitions:
- The Texas Robotics Invitational in the summer
- The Remix competition in the fall
- We will provide one pair of safety glasses (including the "over the glasses" type for those with glasses)
- If you'd like prescription safety glasses can be found at websites such as stoggles.com
- Registration fees will be accepted at a later date
- $200 to cover build season meals, snacks, drinks, the year-specific game shirt, and 1 pair of provided safety glasses
